Prescription :

– In a saucepan with water without salt, poach the cod for about ten minutes.

– After cooking, run the cod under cold water and shred it, removing the bones.

– In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, milk and whole egg. Add the chopped chilli and the cod mixture when the dough is homogeneous.

2 bananas

25cl peanut oil

Prescription :

– Peel the bananas and cut them into slices of approximately 1 centimeter.

– In a pan, pour half the peanut oil, then cover the bottom with banana slices several times.

– Cook each round of plantains for 1 minute.

– Remove the bananas from the heat and drain them on absorbent paper.

– Add peanut oil after each cooking.

– On a warm plate, place the drained bananas.

Ingredients for 4 people) :

200 g desalted cod

2 ripe avocados

250 g of cassava flour – or tapioca flour

3 spring onions

2 West Indian peppers

3 garlic cloves

½ bunch of parsley

3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

juice of one lime

Prescription :

– In a saucepan with water without salt, submerge the cod until it boils.

– Remove the cod and drain it, then grind it, removing the bones.

– Cut the avocados in half and remove the pulp, then mash them coarsely. Save the avocado skins.

– In a salad bowl, mix the cod, the avocado, the garlic (pressed), the parsley (finely chopped), the chilli pepper and the chives.

– Mix the mixture.

– Add the oil and the cassava flour and continue mixing.

– Season with salt and pepper, then reserve the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

– Pour the mixture into the avocado shells and serve cold.
